This role is a critical part of the Amazon Business (AB) Marketing Brand & Creative team, where our vision is to establish AB as the most recognized B2B brand. We are a team of creatives who are responsible for driving awareness and consideration of AB worldwide. As the Creative Operations Lead you will manage the centralized function in AB marketing that is designed to provide best-in-class creative strategy and execution for internal and external marketing creative across all formats. This role will joining a team of in-house creatives and videographers, outsourced creative agencies/contractors, and off-shore production resources. You will partner closely with our Global Creative Director to shape the direction of AB Creative across 9 countries as we quickly grow and scale the team.
Key Job Responsibilities
Day to day, you will flex both strategic and executional capabilities. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Events, Brand, Digital & Demand Generation, Field/Regional, Professional Services, Social, to create and scale the design of presentations, narratives, campaigns, collateral, videos, and more; our team supports hundreds of global marketers across complex products and solutions. You will be responsible managing team intake, coordination, and project management of digital creative projects and processes to ensure projects are on-track.
This role will leverage existing processes to create new, robust intake and project management mechanisms that support asset forecast and execution, particularly as we need to pivot to more automated tools and resources to handle growth and scope increase across Amazon Business's central marketing organization. They will be responsible for the capacity planning of all Marketing creative needs, which allows our department to ensure excellent brand management across all AB intellectual property, apply department-wide process initiatives and cross-team collaboration, and control financial spend. A day in the life
Collaborate with the creative team to check in on project status, interface with other teams to assess creative needs, meet with agencies to ensure resources are available externally to scale up. Report to the larger marketing organization on creative team status. Share learnings with teams like XCM or AWS on best practices.

Small but collaborative, everyone on the team dives deep to get work done and support each other. This includes sharing knowledge, reviewing work, etc.
Requirements
Basic qualifications
5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsExperience communicating results to senior leadershipExperience communicating results to stakeholdersBachelors degree or equivalentPreferred qualifications
Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/servicesExperience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience7+ years of creative program management and/or marketing experience4+ years of people management experienceSenior Client Servicing/Account management within Advertising / Marketing agencies/companies or experience working closely with third-party agenciesExpert understanding of brand planning and campaign developmentExperience in scaling globallyDigital and Interactive/integrated marketing campaign experienceTrack record of developing and managing multiple marketing initiatives simultaneouslyExperience with creating, curating, and adapting content to support marketing campaign efforts

The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
