Job Description
About Us:
We are seeking a React UI Developer to help build out our SIMS platform. This role will be focused on new development in React for our claims management platform (SIMS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and end-users to refine workflows, optimize navigation, and enhance platform usability.
- Implement UI enhancements based on analytics, user feedback, and best practices in SaaS design while ensuring an intuitive and modern user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing, usability studies, and user behavior analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design updates effectively.
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance across all UI components.
- Have strong CSS skills, knowledge of Sass/SCSS and Material UI
- Develop and build advanced React components for our SIMS e-billing platform, ensuring an intuitive and modern user experience.
- Lead UX/UI improvements for our SIMS e-billing platform, ensuring an intuitive and modern user experience.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to improve web platforms & SaaS UI/UX based on data and user feedback.
- Experience with React; clear understanding of async/await, context and hooks
- Experience with version control, i.e., Git, BitBucket
- Experience with JIRA, agile development
- Experience with Material UI/Material Design
- Experience with REST API, WebSocket
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with claims management platforms or insurance/financial technology.
- Experience with containerization and deployment (Docker, etc)
- Experience with ColdFusion, preferred but not required.
- Repository of code samples, preferred but not required.
