We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our dynamic internal agency team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact creative projects for well-known brands while collaborating with a passionate and award-winning team.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design software to produce high-quality digital assets across various platforms.
• Version ads according to vendor specifications, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Adjust designs based on feedback, including content hierarchy, text updates, and photo selection.
• Implement and communicate production processes effectively within the team.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities.
• Maintain organized files and follow strict naming conventions.
• Prepare logos and audit files as necessary.
• Track time accurately for all tasks and report on project progress.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a digital production role.
• Proficiency in design software including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent understanding of design principles and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a self-managed work ethic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with image retouching and email marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with motion design or animation.
• Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
