- Manage all corporate social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Own the content calendar, strategy, and publishing cadence
- Create or curate engaging content—especially short-form video—to grow brand awareness and support recruiting
- Monitor trends, track analytics, and make data-driven recommendations
- Oversee and manage Supreme’s SocialCoach platform, implementing strategic campaigns and ensuring Loan Officers are equipped with compliant, on-brand content (without managing individual LO accounts)
- Conduct 1:1 or group social media audits for Loan Officers
- Host onboarding calls to help new LOs get set up on social with strong branding
- Provide ongoing training, tips, and best practices to elevate LO social presence
- Develop social toolkits and templates that LOs can copy/paste or customize
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to launch social campaigns that support recruiting, retention, and field engagement
- Assist with visuals, copy, and strategy for new initiatives and incentives
- Draft and deploy internal and external emails through marketing platforms
- Support the Marketing Director with creative copywriting, employee highlights, event recaps, and video captions
- Ensure all content aligns with Supreme’s brand voice and compliance standards
- Partner with Legal/Compliance to maintain social media guidelines and monitor content risks
- Provide guidance on co-branding, sponsorships, and MSA social rules
- 3–5+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or communications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (writing and speaking required)
- Digital Marketing Experience Bonus
- Working knowledge of mortgage industry basics, including compliance considerations
- Strong copywriting skills and creative instincts
- Experienced in Instagram Reels, Canva, social trends, and email platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Preferred but not required: Experience with ClickUp or project management tools
- Preferred but not required: Familiarity with SocialCoach or similar platforms
- Preferred but not required: Background in mortgage, LO marketing, or recruiting strategy
