Main purpose of the position:
This is a full-time role for a talented, creative, and innovative individual to join our team as a Lead Editorial Stylist. This leadership position will work closely with and support the Editorial Styling team. The candidate must have strong styling and on-set experience and display a drive and passion for leading and developing a team of junior stylists. This role is responsible for creating and executing captivating styling that aligns with our brand identity for both Women's and Men's Editorials and special projects. This position requires an out of the box thinker who can collaborate with the existing team, and across all teams in all levels of the organization.
Position responsibilities and daily tasks:Manage a team of junior stylists on a day-to-day, ensuring all pending tasks, projects, and deadlines are completed in a timely mannerOversee team scheduling with the Editorial Project ManagerStay up to date with the latest fashion trends, industry news, and follow the provided seasonal trend/style guides to ensure styling aligns with our brand identityLead team trend decks and seasonal inspirationCollaborate with the team to create pre-shoot styling decks as well as elevated, aspirational editorial looks for the Revolve and FWRD customerAssist the Senior Editorial stylists on set with steaming, dressing models, closet organization, packing, and on-set assistanceStyle Revolve/ Revolve Own Brand Editorials (Women's + Men's)Demonstrate proper techniques for styling and preparation of merchandise to minimize damagesManage and maintain the Women's and Men's styling closetsLead and execute editorial shoots and special projects independentlyParticipate in style-outs with the Editorial Styling team, VP of Creative, photographers, and Art Directors prior to and day-of the shoot. Must effectively communicate styling vision and creative ideasOversee all Editorial prep of clothing and accessories to ensure all items are accounted for and photoshoot readyCollaborate with the Senior Stylists to maintain an up to date styling closet (inventory, seasonality, and on-trend)Work closely with the Editorial Stylists and Project Manager to help manage the studio inventory in monthly auditsMust have reliable transportation; will be commuting to and from Cerritos and Downtown LAAvailable to travel, work weekends, and non-standard hoursHeadquartered Monday- Friday in Downtown Los Angeles Editorial Studio and Cerritos Studio

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):3+ years experience in e-commerce or fashion editorial styling2+ years of team management experiencePortfolio with women's and men's stylingProficient in Mac and PC computer systemsBasic knowledge of Microsoft OfficePhysically able to lift 25+ lbs
Preferred qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):Bachelors or Associates Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Design, Media, or other visual communication arts preferredStrong understanding of the Revolve and FWRD brand and customer for both Women's and Men's

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications.
A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $75,000 - $76,000 per year.
