The Change Management and Communications Consultant will join a dynamic team supporting a global systems implementation at the Department of State. The candidate will assist with developing and executing change management strategies and strategic communications to ensure successful adoption and stakeholder communication during the system implementation. Active Secret Responsibilities
Supporting the development and execution of change management and communication strategies and plans. Developing stakeholder engagement approaches, including stakeholder analyses, personas, and journey maps. Creating multi-channel communication products for internal and external stakeholders. Monitoring metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change and communication initiatives. Preparing materials for stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and briefings. Minimum Requirements
Active and maintained Secret security clearance (Federal or DoD). Bachelor's degree. At least three (3) years of experience in change management and communication strategies. Preferred Qualifications
Certification such as PROSCI or other change management credentials. Experience with the State Department or international agencies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas. Consulting experience and familiarity with IT/system implementation communications. What We Offer
