A growing home care company is seeking a Full-Time Field Marketer to increase brand awareness and generate leads by actively engaging with the local community and healthcare providers . This role requires a motivated and outgoing professional who can build strong relationships and promote home care services effectively.
Responsibilities Include: Develop and execute outreach campaigns to generate referrals and leads.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, families, and caregivers .
Attend community events, networking functions, and industry meetings to enhance visibility.
Distribute marketing materials and educate potential clients on available services.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Ideal Qualifications: Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach .
Strong communication and relationship-building skills .
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives.
Background in the home care or healthcare industry is a plus.
