Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Greet customers in our store, on the phone, or via email and describe Big Frog’s capabilities.
- Create quotes for customer orders.
- Communicate with customers on proofs, timelines, updates, and pricing.
- Create designs for customers using Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools.
- Integrate designs onto Big Frog templates and utilize our state of the art Direct-to-Garment printer or heat transfer process to print the designs.
- Prepare artwork proofs and purchase orders for screen printing and embroidery and promotions.
- Organize inventory by unpacking boxes and stocking shelves while helping to maintain the store’s appearance and cleanliness.
You may like this job if you enjoy:
- Working with customers and providing a high level of service and communication. At least one year of retail experience is helpful.
- Being creative and can use Photoshop or Illustrator. Extensive graphic design experience or degree is not required.
- Working in a fast-paced environment with lots of variety (about 50% design/customer service and 50% production/inventory management).
- Managing multiple customer requests simultaneously and determining order of priority.
- Being to be a part of a team that helps each other succeed.

Some of the details:
- Pay is $15.00 with annual reviews and merit increases.
- Full-time – 40 hours/week. Store hours are M-F 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Located in Jacksonville-Mandarin in Merchant Walk

Graphic Artist/Retail Consultant
- Manage and monitor daily retail operations per system procedures
- Maintain a clean and neat retail environment
- Managing customer transactions including: generating quotations and invoices, generating artwork, printing production, and on-time order fulfillment
- Manage customer correspondence such as phone, email, and in store interaction
- Stock room maintenance
