Summary
The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing activities related to external communications and content creation, including Contextures monthly newsletter, social media content, blog posts, press releases, and other digital marketing materials.
This position is based in Denver, Colorado, and may require some travel in both states. Our strategic flexibility allows for local work from home opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Plan and develop external communications materials including but not limited to, monthly newsletter content, press releases, stakeholder communications, blog posts, etc.
- Provide editorial review for external and internal communications content as needed.
- Support marketing team members by developing relevant content for campaigns and events.
- Develop monthly editorial calendars for Contexture social media accounts, create needed contents and manage scheduling/posting.
- Manage website content updates for Contexture, AZHDR, CRN, and CollaboRise sites.
- Manage relationships with website vendor, and other MarCom external vendors, as needed.
- Provide Marketing and Communications support for the Denver office. Attend and document Denver Contexture internal events, as well as some external events and site visits, as needed.
- Execute SEO initiatives aimed at increasing web presence and brand awareness
- Support external education and awareness campaigns through the development of marketing collateral (research, writing, editing, information design), with webinars, email campaigns, and community outreach
- Support internal education and awareness campaigns through the development of communication collateral (research, writing, editing, information design), with Intranet articles, Intranet posts, and organizational outreach
- Support lead generation tactics with content designed to increase demand and support the various Contexture programs/service lines
- Support engagement efforts through the development, deployment, and measurement of strategic digital marketing channels, such as email, web, and social media.
- Content development for product marketing demand generation campaign deployment, and sales support collateral
- Provide marketing support for conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and other events
- Support Summit planning throughout the year, including day-of support for annual Summits in Grand Junction, Denver, and Phoenix
- Develop newsletter articles, blogs, and social media posts, ensuring proper messaging is used
- Implement Contextures social media and web content in support of marketing initiatives for various programs/service lines
- Develop educational content and assist with speaker preparation for presentations for virtual, local, and national conferences
- Act as a liaison between the Marketing team and other internal departments, providing educational and consultative support
- Other organizational marketing duties, as needed

Skills
- Must be a well-rounded, multi-skilled marketing professional with the ability to wear many hats and perform multiple functions within the department
- Proven multi-channel marketing skills (i.e., traditional channels, digital channels, and social media channels)
- Proven technical and creative writing skills
- Demonstrated ability in supporting cross-functional teams to deliver results on complex issues
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish positive relationships with diverse populations, participants, vendors, community partners and other Contexture managers and staff
- Demonstrated ability to collaboratively work across varying community business and service organizations to align Contexture strategies
- Strong written and oral communication skills must be comfortable presenting to small and large diverse groups of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and tasks, and to complete all assigned work efficiently and effectively
- Ability to convey a strong presence and professional image
- Ability to work independently as well as ability to effectively work in a team environment and maintain strong working relationships
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools and WordPress, social media, and email systems.
Education/Experience
Minimum of 5 7+ years of Marketing experience, preferably in related industries, i.e., healthcare (primary and/or behavioral health) or health and human services. Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field. Working understanding of the capabilities and value of health information technology (HIT) and health information exchange (HIE) in meeting the needs of clients and participants preferred.

Physical Demands
