The ideal candidate has existing relationships within the home care industry and a strong understanding of what it takes to drive consistent, quality referrals . This role focuses on relationship-building and business development within Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan to further expand the agency’s presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Maintain Referral Partnerships – Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals. Market Expansion – Increase the agency’s footprint in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan , complementing the strong presence in the Bronx. Consistent Referral Growth – Identify opportunities for new patient referrals and ensure a seamless intake process. Strategic Relationship Management – Cultivate long-term connections with referral sources to generate ongoing business.
