We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team and oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive growth and brand success.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, increase market share, and support business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, content, and sales, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy. Your leadership and AI expertise will be essential in optimizing marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to meet business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention, while incorporating AI-driven insights.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize marketing campaigns, automate processes, and enhance decision-making across all marketing channels.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and AI-enhanced strategies.
- Oversee the management and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing, with AI-powered tools to improve targeting and performance.
- Conduct AI-driven market research to identify opportunities for growth, competitor analysis, and customer insights, allowing for more precise targeting and segmentation.
- Develop and manage content marketing strategies that align with our brand voice, resonate with target audiences, and incorporate AI-based personalization.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI on marketing investments using AI to maximize efficiency and returns.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business strategies and product launches, utilizing AI for predictive analysis and campaign optimization.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using AI-driven analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and best practices in marketing. Recommend innovative AI strategies and tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the development and execution of event marketing and public relations strategies, including trade shows, conferences, and media outreach, while using AI to analyze attendee engagement and impact.
- Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and promotional content, integrating AI to optimize content delivery.
- Any other tasks assigned by the senior management team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in B2B or cable manufacturing sectors is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events, utilizing AI tools for optimization and insights.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content management systems, with AI knowledge to enhance campaign efficiency.
- Expertise in AI-driven marketing tools, including data analysis, predictive modeling, and automation, to improve targeting, personalization, and campaign performance.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or advanced certifications in marketing, business management, or AI is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with AI tools in marketing, such as predictive analytics, chatbots, or automated customer journeys, is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
