As a Production Graphic Designer, you’ll be part of our Graphic Design team working in Towson, MD, Valley City, OH, or remotely as a virtual employee. You’ll get to:Work within Brand Standards and design templatesVersion key art and art direction under the guidance of a creative lead across a range of detailsWork with Photoshop layers, color schemes, color correction, fonts, and clipping paths for image manipulation as well as renderings of creative for spec ideasWork with Illustrator paths, masks, layers, swatches, Pantone Colors, fonts, and dielines to create print-ready files for large format signage, point of purchase, and various marketing collateralWork with InDesign for page layout, master pages, character and paragraph styles, data mergesDesign with a resourceful, problem-solving approach that isn’t afraid to suggest process optimizations or time-saving techniquesProof and perform quality control on your projects in detailDemonstrate the ability to work under pressure and track details and changes across multiple projectsInteract with various stakeholders in the studio and marketing team along the project lifecycle, track changes, and work through revisions as requiredDemonstrate knowledge of pre-press and print production, ability to work with print vendors for quality control and problem-solving as neededAssist with creative file management and standards maintenance, experience with Adobe LibrariesStay connected with software capabilities and best practicesExperience with PowerPoint design and master slides a plusExperience with Adobe Libraries and Box.com Enterprise a plusThe Person:

You also have:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related fieldMinimum 4 years’ experience in a graphic production roleExceptional proficiency in all applicable MAC software (Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office)Experience managing and tracking tasks in Workfront a plusExcellent time-management, and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projectsPortfolio with relevant work experience and examples required to showcase design and layout skillsThe Details:
