What You Will Do:
- Support the LivCor brand identity and visual strategy by ensuring consistency across all designs.
- Conceptualize and design corporate marketing collateral in support of the brand strategy.
- Understand user interface and experience design pertaining to websites.
- Proficiency with responsive web design and email campaign management through various online distribution services.
- Create compelling visual assets, including logos, icons, infographics, color schemes, and other graphic elements that align with brand identity and enhance usability.
- Develop design concepts and implement designs for new web pages, mobile applications, newsletters, ads, infographics, banners, illustrations, logos, social media, and other types of digital content that will be presented online.
- Conduct technical quality checks.
- Manage an approved concept and build in HTML/CSS so it complies with responsive design principles for both Internet and Intranet.
- Develop re-brand concepts and designs for newly acquired properties including collateral materials, both print and digital.
- Create brand snapshots for our web team and operators supporting property acquisitions or transitions.
- Responsible for all photo editing and resizing for print and digital.
- Handle in-house production requests and campaign iterations, including property-specific versioning of marketing materials, corporate presentation preparations, printing, binding, etc.
- Manage and maintain graphic files and archives through our internal portal.
What You Should Have:
- 4-6 years of graphic design and visual communications experience with a proven track record of creative problem solving.
- Ability to conceptualize creative and original design ideas.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; both print and digital applications.
- PowerPoint intermediate skills also required.
- Creative data visualization/data storytelling experience is a huge plus.
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize time to complete projects. Must be flexible and able to handle change in a fast-paced environment.
- Thorough understanding of the print development and production process.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, self-directed and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder expectations up, down, and across the organization.
- High degree of integrity.
- A team player.

Base Compensation Range: $75,000.00 To $85,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
