$75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Our client, a one-of-a-kind experiential venue, is seeking an innovative and dynamic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join their team and help shape truly groundbreaking dining and social experiences in Downtown Los Angeles. This multidimensional venue features a wide and unique variety of dining, drinking, and entertainment experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nightlife, a hands-on, can-do attitude, and a knack for creating compelling marketing strategies that draw guests in from a variety of backgrounds. This role will be responsible for creating social and digital assets (photo and video) for social media purposes.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Create Social Photo/ Video Content
- Create and Manage the Social Content Calendars (9 Handles)
- Attend and Assist with Programming Events and sourcing new programming partners
- Competitive Restaurant / Nightlife Research (giveaways, comp social media)
- Digital Ad and Website Audits (ensuring approved language is being used)
- Organizing Marketing Assets in Dropbox
- Website Updates
- Assisting with Influencer initiatives
- Assisting with Collateral, Swag (giveaways) ideation and production
COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE:
- Photography and videography experience
- Proficiency in graphic design and editing photo and video
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of Digital Media and Dropbox; Wordpress experience preferred
- Ability to thrive in an environment that is highly entrepreneurial, both strategic and creative, which requires rapid learning, multitasking and prioritizing under tight deadlines
- Strong process management skills
- Capacity to work effectively in an environment where one needs to take initiative, anticipate requests and “manage up”
- Demonstrated ability to identify errors, problems, opportunities and effectively problem solve
