As the VP of Public Relations, you will define our media strategy, lead a talented team of PR professionals, and serve as the key liaison with our PR agency. Your leadership will drive effective media outreach and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business goals. Guide and manage agency partners to maximize PR impact. Engage proactively with media to secure placements and coverage. Provide thought leadership in crisis communications and enhance executive visibility. Analyze media analytics to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate and partner with various stakeholders to blend PR efforts with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in public relations, ideally in the financial services or wealth management sector. Proven ability to manage reputational risks while driving proactive PR initiatives. Exceptional storytelling, writing, and content creation skills.
