Responsibilities:
- Create, update, establish and utilize graded specs/blocks based on fabrication for all sample development and confirmed orders;
- Review and evaluate proto/fit samples, pre-production samples, testing samples and TOP samples on all orders.
- Conduct fittings with design, sales and Production to determine final fit and workmanship per silhouette
- Communicate with factories fit and construction comments and ensuring that they fully understand and follow all needed corrections.
- Review and correct patterns and artwork placements provided by factories.
- Maintain and create a library for block body, fit and construction standard per customer.
- Experience with Walmart and Costco is a must
- Kids licensed apparel experience is a plus
