- Average yearly pay for the Experienced Floral Designer position is $53,000 per year including tips and overtime. This is an hourly position.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a retail flower shop.
- Knowledge of fresh floral product and design techniques and mechanics.
- Ability to stand for duration of shift.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Positive approach to your work and interaction with others.
- Passion for quality products and excellent customer service.
