Global manufacturing company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to own and develop our global internal communications strategy. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring clear, engaging, and impactful communication across all levels of our workforce-from our executive leadership team to our plant and production employees. Located in Canton, Mass - hybrid schedule 3 days a week in office. $120k-$140k + bonus and great benefits
Job Description
Develop and execute
a global internal communications strategy that enhances transparency, engagement, and alignment across all levels of the company. Partner closely with
senior leadership, HR, and plant managers
to craft and deliver clear, consistent, and engaging messaging. Bridge communication gaps
between corporate, manufacturing, and global teams, ensuring messaging is accessible and impactful for all employees. Lead internal messaging around
company initiatives, transformation updates, and employee engagement efforts. Support and advise the Chief People Officer (CPO)
on executive messaging, ensuring the right tone and timing. Establish
best practices and toolkits
for plant leaders to communicate with their teams effectively. Utilize internal platforms to share key updates and create engagement opportunities. Drive
continuous improvement
in communication strategies to enhance transparency and trust. Champion
new technologies and automation tools
to optimize internal communications. The Successful Applicant
5+ years
of experience in
internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement. Manufacturing industry experience -must understand how to communicate effectively with
hourly production workers
and corporate teams. Global experience preferred -comfortable working across time zones and cultural differences. Strong ability to
craft and execute communication strategies
that resonate with diverse employee groups. Experience partnering with
senior executives
to shape and refine messaging. Ability to
measure impact
and continuously improve internal communications strategies. Hands-on and strategic mindset -someone who can think big picture but also execute day-to-day tasks. What's on Offer
