If you think youve got what it takes, apply here: https://go.cultureindex.com/s/WDSLDqc7rW RESPONSIBIITIES: Interiors Project Management Duties Guide project team in all phases of design Lead projects from programming and space planning through CA Interact with regulatory agencies and achieve a consensus Understand and implement contractual obligations Understand and implement healthcare codes, building codes, standards Consultant Coordination Construction contract administration Manage client relationships and team communication Create relationships with new clients and brokers Desire to lead and develop staff Interior Design Duties Provide full-service interior design services for healthcare projects nationally in new construction and renovation Hold your team accountable for meeting schedule deadlines Mentor junior interior designers about interior finishes and construction documentation Exercise discretion and independent judgment QUALIFICATIONS: 8+ years of Interior Design experience required Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture Proficient Project Management skills Proficient in Revit Structured, disciplined, and skillful work Accuracy, follow through, and quality of work NCIDQ or NCARB certification required
