Overview Blue Yonder is seeking a dynamic solutions marketing leader with a passion for supply chains and competitive intelligence. The goal is to expand awareness of Blue Yonder’s value in supply chain transformation to a broader audience. Scope This strategic, high-impact role involves defining and executing strategies that address buyer pain points, analyzing how Blue Yonder outperforms competitors, and integrating these insights into go-to-market processes. A storytelling skill set is essential. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop persona details, drive competitive positioning, and craft engagement strategies for diverse buyers. A passion for storytelling that fosters engagement and trust is desired. Responsibilities
Portfolio messaging:
Collaborate with product, field, and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives that inform, inspire, and persuade. Persona messaging design:
Identify buyer personas, build ‘persona maps,’ and detail audience pain points and buying requirements. Audience go-to-market optimization:
Partner with revenue marketing to refine digital messaging and content, enhancing engagement and pipeline progression. Competitive Intelligence:
Lead efforts to gather and utilize intelligence on competitors’ products, go-to-market strategies, and our differentiators. Competitive Messaging:
Work with senior leadership to craft narratives that highlight our industry-leading differentiators and incorporate them into corporate content. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a hi-tech field; MBA/master’s preferred. 10+ years in product or solutions marketing. 3+ years in competitive intelligence for SaaS offerings. Experience creating empathetic persona messaging. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts simply. Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based software products. Experience measuring marketing impact. Effective internal communication and collaboration skills. Additional Details Salary range: $129,622 - $197,688 USD, commensurate with experience. Eligible for performance bonuses or commissions.
