We are searching for a Senior Negotiator & Demand Writer to lead a team and tackle big cases in pre-litigation. As our Senior Demand Negotiator & Demand Writer, you will spearhead high-stakes settlement demands and negotiations, transforming complex injury cases into compelling financial recoveries. This role requires equal parts legal strategist, persuasive writer, and tenacious negotiator. Salary:

Costa Mesa, CA ESSENTIAL DUTIES: · Review and analyze demands to identify key issues, damages, and liability, ensuring a thorough understanding of each case and client. · Write demand letters to send to insurance carriers. · Assist attorneys in evaluating new offers. · Present counter-demands both written and verbal to carriers and adjusters. · Monitor and prioritize cases as statutes of limitations are approaching. · Ensure the client is kept informed of all case progress and status changes. · Regularly speak with clients and their families regarding injuries and settlement. · Communicate as liaison to litigation teams. · Manage case status updates and document all information in CRM. · Send settlement release to client and insurance company. · Sort and document settlement correspondence from insurance carriers. · Resolve all levels of client communication. · Perform other duties related to case management as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury Law, preferably in demand writing, demand negotiation or case management role. · Experience writing demand letters for high value cases ($250k and above). · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Strong commuter skills (Microsoft Office) Physical Demands and Working Environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone. This is primarily a sedentary office classification although standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or calculator and to operate standard office equipment. Positions in this classification occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull drawers open and closed to retrieve and file information. Employees must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects up to 25 pounds. WORKING CONDITIONS: Employees work in a traditional office environment with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions, and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances.
