Lot 22 Media is hiring a Creative Content Creator (Video, Photo, and Social Media Content) for a full-time hybrid role based in Birmingham, AL.

Lot 22 Media is a small, fast-moving creative agency that partners with clients to tell better stories and drive real results. We specialize in content creation, video production, graphic design, website design and development, digital advertising, and social media management. What sets us apart is our hands-on approach and genuine care for each client’s success.

We’re looking for a Creative Content Creator who can concept, shoot, and edit engaging content across video, photo, and social media platforms. This hybrid role includes remote editing work, in-person team sessions in Birmingham, and content shoots across the country.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Planning and creating short/long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.)
• Capturing content on-site with a camera or iPhone
• Travelling to content shoots all over the country if/when neccessary
• Editing video with music, pacing, text overlays, and storytelling polish
• Creating or repurposing visual content for social media and websites
• Supporting campaign ideas and brainstorming with the team
• Managing and scheduling content across client platforms
• Staying on top of digital trends, best practices, and good tunes!

• Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
• Strong visual eye for photo, video, and design
• Comfortable shooting with a camera (mirrorless or DSLR is a plus)
• Experience with social media management tools
• Bonus: Canva, Photoshop, or basic graphic design experience
• Bonus: Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
• Must be able to work on-site in Birmingham occasionally
• Prior agency, media, or freelance experience is a strong plus
• Degree in videography, digital marketing, or a creative field is a plus, but not required. Experience>Degree
