Your role involves conveying a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering exceptional shopping experiences, showcasing the brand through merchandise presentations, and executing operational strategies to ensure positive profits.

What you can expect:

• Use effective communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with the merchant group, and solve problems.
• Achieve personal sales goals through relationship selling, building a client base, and offering exemplary service.
• Maintain knowledge of all product lines, promotions, and advertisements.
• Engage with the community through PR events and advertising opportunities.
• Complete sales transactions accurately, manage cash and media accounts at POS.
• Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store cleanliness.
• Follow all company policies, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.

Your profile:

• BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of retail sales experience in a specialty store
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• High taste and sophistication aligned with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle
