We are seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Producer to help businesses protect their assets while growing a highly rewarding book of business.

The Role

As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will play a key role in driving new business growth, maintaining client relationships, and providing customized insurance solutions. With a primary focus on trucking and transportation insurance, you’ll have the opportunity to work with owner-operators, fleets, and other commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and industry professionals.
• Assess client risks and recommend the best commercial insurance solutions.
• Negotiate coverage terms and pricing with top insurance carriers.
• Stay informed on trucking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Glockner Insurance’s team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial insurance sales (trucking/transportation industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of commercial policies (e.g., liability, physical damage, cargo, workers' compensation).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Active P&C Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven personality.
