Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance their online presence, optimize digital campaigns, and drive key marketing initiatives. This role requires expertise in SEO, social media, paid media, content strategy, project coordination, and web analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, the ability to work autonomously, and strong collaboration skills to contribute to a dynamic marketing team. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. ~Minimum of five years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within an enterprise setting or marketing agency. ~Demonstrated proficiency in SEO (On-Page & Technical), content marketing, and content management strategies. ~Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz). ~Experience managing website content using WordPress, Joomla, Umbraco, Kentico, or other CMS platforms. ~Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website architecture to support technical SEO initiatives. ~Experience with paid media campaigns (PPC, search & social media marketing). ~Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio (Data Studio), and Tag Manager. ~Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. ~Analytical Thinking: Assess performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance SEO and content strategies. ~Strong written and verbal skills to articulate marketing insights, collaborate with stakeholders, and craft compelling content. ~Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align digital strategies with business goals. ~Stay informed on evolving SEO trends, digital marketing best practices, and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly. ~Problem Resolution: Proactively address technical and content-related challenges affecting website performance and engagement. ~Maintain accuracy and consistency in SEO implementation, keyword strategies, and content development. ~Creative Mindset: Develop engaging content ideas and innovative marketing tactics to attract and retain audiences.
