Coordinates environmental branding experience initiatives for the health system to ensure master brand alignment. This includes branding activities across the health system’s facilities, signage, furniture, artwork, and experiential branding, etc. Responsibilities: Coordinates and executes experiential brand experience activities for executive events, in collaboration with events teams for the health system. Maintains visual brand inventory and signage manuals in collaboration with design teams. Manages intake of branding requests and works with the brand experience leader on timely responses to branding approvals. Coordinates and maintains branded signage, promotional products, and materials for events and conferences. Provides guidance on rented and/or purchased materials. Works closely with the events manager on visual branded inventories. Maintains the health system’s printed physical directory signage in regional territories, ensuring content accuracy and tracking quarterly updates. Collaborates with regional marketing specialists to maintain directories. Performs routine audits of physical locations to maintain brand integrity across the health system. Provides counsel on brand updates and needs. Supports the brand experience supervisor with audio, visual, and print branding initiatives as needed. Serves as a subject matter expert and project manager on brand experience initiatives that support the growth of the health system. Coordinates and maintains brand image and identity across Nicklaus Children's Health System, ensuring consistency of the “Nicklaus Children’s” master brand across signage, uniforms, marketing materials, and internal communications. Aligns projects with brand strategy to maintain brand integrity and meet metrics related to brand awareness and affinity.
