Program Eligibility:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited two or four-year college/university in the United States, pursing an undergraduate, graduate and/or law degree
- Graduating between Spring 2025 - Fall 2027
- Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer housing accommodations)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future (e.g., H1-B, OPT, etc.)
- Commit to 20 - 40 hours per week (based on individual business area)

Fame House: Label Engagement and Artist Services (onsite CA):
How You'll CREATE:
The Fame House eCommerce Team is responsible for overseeing all of our artist official store product launches and marketing activity.
- Work with store management and our production partners to gather information for upcoming product launches.
- Review inventory reports and collating recommendations for where product should be featured or restocked.
- Sweep our stores for sold out product or better use experience recommendations.
Bravado: Licensing (onsite CA):
How You'll CREATE:
You know the happiness and excitement you feel when you find your perfect band tee at Target, favorite hip hop artist's footwear collaboration with Adidas, most beloved indy rock group's jewelry accessories Hot Topic, or nostalgic pop star's Halloween costume online... well that's what we do. We connect our extensive roster of music artists with the leading third party manufacturers and brands to bring everything from tees and footwear to collectibles and spirits products to retailers such as Forever 21, Nordstrom, Khol's, Hot Topic, GameStop, Khol's Walmart, Target, etc...This involves all aspects of business: client/artist relations, sales, product development, PR and marketing, and accounting.
- Learn to manage the full product development and marketing review process.
- Organize assets: photos, album covers, logos, and designs, by creating PDFs for review, coding, uploading to software system, and entering meta data.
- Assist with development of sales tools: artist one sheets, brand guides, and mood boards.
- Request and house fashion trends from third party manufacturers/licensees
- Setup new third-party manufacturer/licensees/brands in product development system.
- Schedule meetings both internal and external: clients/artists, third party manufacturers, and brands.
- Work with broader team to compile and send out meeting agendas.
- Handle requests for, keep report of, and ship contractual product samples to clients/artist MGMT.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Love for Music and Merch
- Experience with Photoshop (Preferred)
Bravado: Licensing Sales (onsite CA):
How You'll CREATE:
Bravado's licensing team represents our artist roster for brand collaborations and licensed product. The licensing sales team speaks with top brands all day long about artist partnerships including Funko, Adidas, Lego, BAPE, Market, and many others. We create culture moments for fans that reach beyond tour and eComm.
- Coordinate calls with brands and sales team, brand management, and artist management
- Update sales team outreach on Monday
- Update deal trackers on Monday
- Maintain department decks including:
- Licensing pitch decks
- Case study decks
- Brand research
- Lead generation / contact research
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficiency in Canva or Keynote
- Proficiency in Excel
- Interest in pop culture, fashion, streetwear, and collectibles
- Knowledge of our artists and their lives, interests, and favorite brands
Bravado: Retail Production (onsite CA):
How You'll CREATE:
Retail production is responsible for accepting PO's and fulfilling orders on retail accounts such as Hot Topic, Fashion Nova, Pacsun, Nordstrom, and Abercrombie & Fitch. We work closely with vendors to create apparel for UMG artists and problem solve any issues that arise and adhere to shipping guidelines for each retail customer.
- Write PO's in Navision
- Review samples with design and communicate with vendors via email
- Communicate with cross functional partners as needed.
