We’re Looking at You!
A Social Media Content Creator at bread & Butter oversees digital client needs through content strategy and creation. You will lead account teams, ensure standards are met, and stay ahead of digital trends. You should be a thoughtful, detail-oriented writer, capable of mentoring and building teams, with a passion for food and hospitality communities.
Available Opportunity:
You will orchestrate client strategies, lead daily operations, and serve as a key liaison, ensuring content aligns with client goals. You will oversee visual content, participate in content development, and translate client objectives into actionable tasks for your team.
Here’s What We Need:
- 3-5+ years of hospitality and/or travel social media and content creation experience, preferably with an agency
- Proficiency with platforms and tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Asana, Dropbox, Canva, etc.
- Experience managing campaigns for hotels, restaurants, and food & beverage brands across social media platforms
- Ability to produce high-quality visual content
- Understanding of lighting, composition, and editing for social media
- Passion for food and hospitality communities
- Strong storytelling and messaging skills
- Media savvy with pop culture awareness
- Ability to guide team members and clients on social media trends
- Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment and flexibility
- Creative campaign development skills
- Enthusiasm for growth and innovation
Working Conditions:
This role is hybrid, with office and meeting time, occasional travel, and flexible hours to meet deadlines. Must be authorized to work in the US.
Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience.
