We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to take charge of our wholesale and direct-to-consumer marketing efforts. Position Overview: We are seeking a bilingual (English & Spanish) Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing functions across digital and physical channels. This individual will play a key role in shaping the public face of CannaAid, managing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth both online and offline. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing & Growth: Manage all social media platforms (content strategy, engagement, and performance) in both English and Spanish Oversee SEO efforts to increase organic visibility and website performance Develop and manage affiliate programs and partnerships Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.) Build and optimize email marketing flows and promotional campaigns for bilingual audiences Field & Experiential Marketing: Organize and execute all trade shows, expos, and industry events Lead in-store activations, pop-up events, and retail promotions Create and coordinate promotional materials in both English and Spanish Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams to ensure brand alignment Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize based on KPIs Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and translators if needed Requirements: Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cannabis, wellness, or CPG industry Proven ability to manage multichannel campaigns and event logistics Strong understanding of social media, email platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience marketing to bilingual audiences Knowledge of hemp/cannabis marketing regulations Bonus Points: • Graphic design or video editing skills • Familiarity with Shopify or other DTC platforms • Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendors Key marketing strategies • Proven experience with digital tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.) • Exceptional organizational and communication skills • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail • Ability to travel for trade shows and field activations • Passion for cannabis/hemp culture and compliance-savvy Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Retail Health and Personal Care Products Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CannaAid by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Marketing Manager” roles.
