Responsibilities:
• Define a region-specific marketing plan that supports the regional residential,
commercial and government sales strategy and addresses pipeline needs.
• Strategize, build and execute integrated field campaigns that involve multiple
marketing campaigns in collaboration with brand and digital marketing teams.
• Own responsibility for regional competitive knowledge. Perform frequent audits of
competitor pricing status and define and execute response strategy in the region.
• Plan and host offline events to create net-new opportunities, accelerate existing
sales, and deepen our existing customer relationships.
• Assist regional sales teams as needed, including increasing brand awareness
locally/regionally and driving leads for your sales region.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and implement
account-based marketing strategies to personalize outreach and engagement.
• Manage allocated budget for regional marketing activities, ensuring optimal cost-
effectiveness.
• Utilize marketing analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of regional
marketing initiatives, providing regular updates to the corporate marketing and
leadership teams.
Requirements
• 2-3 years in regional marketing
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing budgets and reporting
• Experience managing events
• Confident and creative with a dynamic personality
• Works well in a fast-paced environment, energetic attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to travel 30% of the time when dictated by the needs of the business
