Remote role; U.S.-based candidates only. Headquarters located in Irvine, CA, and Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
Design Development & Execution:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including advertisements, social media graphics, and presentations. Support the design team in producing website layouts, brochures, and other print and digital collateral. Prepare and finalize files for print and digital publication. Collaboration & Communication:
Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure cohesive project execution. Actively participate in team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions. Respond to feedback and revise designs to meet project requirements. Brand Consistency:
Ensure all creative outputs align with client brand guidelines and maintain a high-quality standard. Assist in organizing and managing a library of brand assets, templates, and design files. Innovation & Trend Awareness:
Stay informed on current design trends and best practices. Contribute fresh ideas to enhance visual storytelling and engagement. Enjoy flexible hours and a supportive team culture. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects. Understanding of basic design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with motion graphics or web design is a plus.
