- Develop annual sustainability reports.
Data Collection and Reporting:
- Compile and organize data into comprehensive reports, charts, and presentations.
- Present research findings to internal teams and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and innovations in commercial construction.
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards affecting the industry.

Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies.

Request for Proposals:
- Coordination of all RFP components including branding, content and presentation.
- Collaborate with pre-construction and operation teams for project implementation plan.
- Work closely with marketing, pre-construction and operation teams to align strategies.
