Business Development and Marketing Representative for Property Restoration Company

Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, handle and execute all grass-roots sales and marketing initiatives. Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, which promotes services and develops a diverse customer base. Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of any customer complaints. The annual marketing plan is effectively executed, resulting in the achievement of annual sales revenue goals, building of Brand awareness, an increase in new customers, and expansion of diverse markets. Customer expectations are met or exceeded. All customer complaints are resolved quickly to the satisfaction of the customer. Taking pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world-class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry. Responsibilities:
· Use company vehicle to build relationships in the community and with insurance agents, property managers, real estate agents, trade groups, etc.
· Develop and manage marketing tasks unique to the needs PuroClean and its customers and clients, planning of continuing education classes, hosting lunch and leans and building relationships with centers of influence
· Identify create and execute annual marketing objectives in line with operating budget.
· Monitor customer satisfaction by reviewing customer satisfaction forms, conducting follow-up phone calls, and doing follow-up visits to ensure customers are satisfied
· Recruiting, training and coaching additional sales staff when applicable
· Building brand awareness, promoting the ‘One Team’ culture and having a genuine willingness to make a difference in your community through service.
Qualifications:
· Be a “Type-A” personality and gravitate toward social settings
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people. Asking open ended questions and delivering the brand ‘message’.
· Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business. Excellent organizational skills.
· Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
· Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines. Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting.
