We’re looking for a Business Development and Creative Partnerships Manager who can take our growth to the next level, securing high-value deals and forging long-term strategic partnerships.
This is a growth-focused role designed for a high-energy, results-driven leader who knows how to sell creative services, build lasting brand relationships, and drive revenue.
As our Business Development and Creative Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Expanding Jacob Media’s presence and revenue by securing high-value partnerships with brands and agencies.
- Leveraging your existing network of industry contacts to bring in new business.
- Identifying, pitching, and closing multi-campaign deals with brands in luxury, travel, hospitality, lifestyle, automotive, and tech.
- Developing a scalable growth strategy, tapping into RFP opportunities and expanding our long-term brand collaborations.
- Positioning Jacob Media as a must-have partner for companies looking for standout, social-first creative work.

Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Growth Strategy (Key Focus)- Drive significant revenue growth by securing high-value clients in Los Angeles and across the U.S.
- Build and execute a scalable new business strategy to expand our client base and project pipeline.
- Leverage your network of marketing decision-makers, agency contacts, and brand executives to generate leads and close major deals.
- Pursue RFPs and strategic partnerships that align with Jacob Media’s expertise in social-first content.
- Develop and deliver powerful pitches, proposals, and presentations to land new accounts.
- Focus on securing multi-campaign and long-term contracts with premium brands.
- Serve as the primary business lead for high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional service and strong relationships.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop creative content solutions that align with their marketing objectives.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships, positioning Jacob Media as their go-to creative partner.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and shifts in brand content strategies.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities, presenting innovative solutions that set Jacob Media apart from competitors.
- Shape the agency’s business development roadmap, ensuring sustainable growth and expansion.
- Work alongside our creative and production teams to ensure client vision is executed flawlessly.
- Identify and connect with local talent, vendors, and production resources to support seamless execution.
- Bridge the gap between clients and internal teams, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and at the highest standard.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close high-value deals.
- Strong track record in business development and sales, with measurable revenue growth success.
- Experience navigating agency and brand partnerships, securing multi-campaign collaborations.
