ResolveSoft is seeking a Business Analyst with UX design experience to enhance our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design user-centered solutions, and ensure feasibility.
Responsibilities:
Elicit and analyze user needs and translate them into detailed requirements.
Create user stories, process flows, and wireframes to illustrate solutions.
Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using design tools.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation.
Qualifications:
3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
Strong understanding of UX design principles and user-centered design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).
Knowledge of web and mobile development processes.
Experience with user journey mapping and service design.
