Your responsibilities include building and managing an acquisition pipeline, optimizing brand and inventory selection on the platform, and enhancing trade readiness among new partners. A strong emphasis is placed on leveraging your sales expertise and understanding of the fashion eCommerce space to foster growth and successful partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and establish a network for acquiring new businesses. Manage a significant sales pipeline to continuously integrate new inventory. Work with onboarded brands to maximize their trading capabilities on the platform. Build and expand partnerships with marketplace agencies and service providers. Ensure the strategic alignment and execution of plans to drive seller and inventory acquisition. Must-Have Skills: Proven sales experience in fashion or marketplace environments. Comprehensive knowledge of eCommerce and marketplace dynamics. Strong relationship management and strategic analytical skills. Industry Experience: Experience in fashion/retail is mandatory, with a preference for candidates with a background in sustainability initiatives.
