Responsibilities
- Work on multiple workstreams, supporting the video production team prioritize requests, timelines, and schedules.
- Support with pre-production logistics like location scouting, equipment sourcing, schedule coordination, and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure deliverables are meeting expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
- Uphold standards and best practices methods.
- Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the production team.
- Communicate to the team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
- Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
- Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede stakeholders
