About the Role
We are seeking a motivated
Architect I
to join our team! This position is ideal for emerging professionals with
0-5 years of experience
who are looking to develop their skills in all phases of project development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist
design and technical leads
in project development, from
concept design to construction documentation
Prepare
presentation materials
to communicate design ideas to clients
Conduct research on
materials, building systems, and code requirements
Support the
development of technical details
that align with design intent
Work collaboratively with
project teams, consultants, and clients
Represent FGMA in
meetings and industry events , helping to grow professional networks
Qualifications & Skills
0-5 years of experience
in an architectural firm
Professional degree in
architecture
from an accredited program
Proficiency in
Revit Architecture
(experience in preliminary design and construction documentation)
Knowledge of
3D modeling and rendering software
Strong
conceptual design skills
with an ability to communicate ideas visually
Excellent
organization, communication, and teamwork skills
LEED accreditation (preferred)
Architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure (preferred)
