JOB DESCRIPTION
In close partnership with the Marketing & Media Team, drive external agency partners to develop and execute paid advertising (Including search, social, display, OLV, linear video, audio, etc) with the goal of driving and capturing consumer demand and driving qualified leads.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital & linear / traditional programs to expand our marketing reach, strengthen conversion and database growth, and drive revenue / leads / bookings.
• With the rest of the Media team, lead quarterly media strategies that drive operational and overall budget efficiencies.
• In partnership with the Media & Analytics teams and agency, establish KPIs, analyze campaign results, and deliver findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Manage monthly / annual budget and forecasting for assigned media channels.
• Collaborate with cross functional team inclusive of Marketing Ops in the development and usage of data infrastructure through AdTech products, as it relates to media implementation (CDP, LiveRamp, API integrations, etc.).
• Manages and collaborates with the Paid Media Analyst to ensure timely optimizations, accurate reporting, and media investment enhancements.
• Negotiate ad buys and budgets as needed with the agency team.
• Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Marketing or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
EXPERIENCE
• 7+ years marketing experience in media advertising with an emphasis on traditional (TV & radio) and also digital (paid social, search, display). Travel industry / cruise line and international marketing experience is preferred.

• Detail oriented with proven ability to move multiple projects forward cross functionally
• Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
