Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Creates, writes, and implements exciting and profitable promotions for the organization and its entities.

Manages all

special events

and works with other Marketing Department Managers to create and implement events.

Reports the effectiveness and profitability of all promotions and

special events

in a timely manner

in accordance with

designated marketing operating procedures.

Maintains tasks, timelines, and calendars or schedules for upcoming promotions and

special events

Establishes and

maintains

vendor relationships when coordinating, promoting, and producing on-site promotions and

special events

Sets up and executes promotional events and giveaways; responsible for setting up and

maintaining

all kiosk promotions.

Works directly with Purchasing to order items and supplies for all promotional giveaways and

maintains

accurate

inventories.

Ensures

proper approvals are obtained for all

special events

and promotions.

Responds to and makes necessary changes, corrections, and responses to audit findings.

Creates tag codes, promotional IDs, prize IDs, vouchers, or criteria for all promotions in the players club and/or kiosk systems.

Communicates with applicable departments when coordinating

special events

and promotions.

Works with the graphics team to create promotional and special event advertisements, game props, and/or collateral.

Ensures proper communication of promotions and

special events

to the public and team members.

Researches,

locates

, and

purchases

all supplies and materials needed for promotions or

special events

Responsible for hiring and managing promotions and/or events staff,

including writing and maintaining schedules

and managing payroll requirements and any associated overtime.
