Overview
Responsibilities: Design and oversee plumbing systems for various construction projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure designs meet all requirements and codes. Lead a team of plumbing designers, providing guidance and support as needed. Review and approve plumbing designs and plans before submission. Ensure all designs are completed on time and within budget constraints. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in plumbing design. Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications: High school diploma is required. Extensive experience in plumbing design and project management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in relevant design software and tools. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Required Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary range from $35 to $50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The role involves minimal travel, approximately 0% travel time.
