UX Product Designer
In addition to building out the launch systems that will bring this mission to reality, they've also built a robust SaaS platform used by internal teams and a growing list of external customers that helps run smart engineering, prototyping, and build practices. They're currently in need of a seasoned UX Product Designer with B2B + startup experience and Figma expertise, who thrives in complexity and can hit the ground running in a high-growth, fast paced environment. This role is about evolving and refining complex application features - so we need someone who can deliver quickly, think systematically, and collaborate seamlessly. An extensive background collaborating with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists is essential.
This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days a week onsite plus one week onsite every other month)
6-8 years UX Product Designer experience
~ Experience designing for web-based B2B software products
~ Ownership and innovation with UX design and implementation
~ Intuition for customer-centered design
~ Portfolio showcasing full-stack design expertise
Experience with manufacturing or industrial software
Understanding front end technology
Strong visual skills
