The position is on-site in Eugene, Oregon. Starting pay ranges from $23- $25 per hour. Spanish-speakers who pass a standardized test receive an additional $2 per hour.

OCCU is hiring a Video Teller (Interactive Enrichment Representative) to assist members via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) video interactions. This role focuses on delivering prompt, professional, and personalized service by identifying member needs, completing ITM transactions, and supporting ITM/ATM operations while promoting these services.

Qualifications for this role include at least two years' experience as an Enrichment Representative, Teller, or a similar position. Candidates must have solid knowledge of financial institutions, experience with innovative technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and both verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with banking products and regulatory requirements is required.
