- Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of club events, activities, and amenities.
- Edit and produce compelling visual content for social media, newsletters, website, and digital screens.
- Maintain the club's visual identity and brand consistency across all digital and print platforms.
- Copywriting & Digital Engagement
- Develop engaging copy for social media, email marketing, website content, and promotional materials.
- Craft event descriptions, feature articles, and member communications that resonate with the club's audience.
- Social Media & Digital Strategy
- Manage content scheduling and posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website, and email campaigns to maximize engagement.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and increase reach.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques to ensure the club remains innovative.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with event planners, department heads, and club leadership to document and promote key experiences.
- Provide creative direction for event marketing materials, seasonal promotions, and special projects.
- Project & Time Management
- Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
- Be available for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to cover events and special programs.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media (preferably in a luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle brand).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field required/preferred.
- Strong expertise in photography, videography, and digital editing (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools).
- Proven experience in copywriting, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Understanding of social media best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Portfolio or examples of past work required as part of the application process.
