Description
The Marketing and Communications Summer Intern will support a variety of projects including coordinating photo and video shoots, drafting content for web and social media, and assisting with events and campus tours. This role is ideal for a college student pursuing a degree in communications or a related field who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic team environment.

Marketing and Communications Summer Intern Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize and update the historical Cooper timeline to include video, photos, and news clipping. Assist with coordination of video and photo shoots. Draft blogs for external newsletter and website. Draft website copy. Coordinate campus tours for VIP groups and individuals. Assist with campus-wide and community sponsored events. Identify and create content for social media channels. Requirements
The ideal Marketing and Communications Summer Intern will possess:
Must have progress toward a degree with major/minor in Public Relations, Corporate/Mass Communications, or related degree. Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (minimum 12 credit hours) Minimum sophomore status or above. Able to work both independently and as part of a functional team. Part-time jobs or previous internships preferred. Experience using social media listening/engagement/measurement tools preferred.
