Compensation range: $85,000-$110,000/year

Position Summary
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Creative Specialist III is a career level interior designer with a keen aesthetic eye for interiors, product design, and graphic composition. This role requires autonomous project ownership, creative decision making and problem solving. The Creative Specialist III must exhibit creative confidence, be comfortable presenting, and defending concepts and spec recommendations while representing the voice of the customer. The Creative Specialist III understands navigating ambiguity, quickly zero-in on critical elements, and prioritize what is important. The Creative Specialist III will be eager and open to consistent learning while possessing a passion for hospitality, products, and décor. Hospitality design experience will be considered a plus for the current open position.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior or Architectural Design, Associate Art’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college will be considered.
- Minimum 5 years related industry experience preferred
