A well rounded Architecture firm with sustained growth is looking for an Architectural Designer/Project Coordinator to join their collaborative team. They are looking for a highly motivated designer who can participate in preparing architectural presentations, construction drawings and documents, and design of a variety of projects while helping coordinate with consultants and clients. Great pipeline of projects in multiple project types
Provides construction, design, and consultation for a broad range of public and private sector clients
Work with Project Architect in preparing conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit
Perform architectural drawing and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings
Review design documents and construction estimates
Assisting in coordinating with engineering consultants and coordinating documents with Civil, MEP, and Structural drawings
Work with manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
Degree in Architecture required
~ Experienced in using Revit
~ Knowledge of the design process, building codes, building materials, and construction techniques
~ Provide portfolio or samples of work in AutoCAD and Revit formats
