Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a visionary VP of Marketing Growth Strategies who can inspire a talented team to exceed our revenue objectives. This key leadership position is responsible for architecting and executing innovative growth initiatives, particularly focused on our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) segment. As the VP of Marketing Growth Strategies, you will lead strategic planning and drive performance marketing efforts across diverse paid media channels. This position requires a proven leader with extensive experience managing substantial media budgets, both digital and traditional, alongside a strong history of achieving customer acquisition goals and optimizing customer lifetime value (LTV).
The successful candidate will be instrumental in formulating a comprehensive growth marketing roadmap, enhancing marketing effectiveness, and remaining vigilant to industry trends to unearth new growth opportunities. To qualify, you should possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in DTC subscription and traditional e-commerce, including at least 3 years in a Head of Growth role within a rapidly growing digitally native business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement growth marketing strategies to drive revenue.
- Optimize marketing channels and strategies for improved performance.
- Lead cross-functional collaborative projects to enhance overall marketing impact.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding media buying.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends for new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong background in managing large media budgets.
- Experience in offline marketing channels, especially TV/OTT and Audio.
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve business goals.
- Familiarity with marketplaces, retail media, CRM, and data analysis.
