Digital Designer
for an exciting opportunity with our client, an innovative and independent digital agency, located in
New York City
(hybrid on-site role). As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for driving creative strategy and overseeing execution for various new business and ongoing client projects. Responsibilities: Driving creative strategy
and overseeing execution for client digital programs including new app concepts and development. Research and create layouts, design concepts, and hands-on design
work to bring ideas to life. Leading
creative review and revisions , ensuring designs meet client expectations and required visual edits. Providing
guidance on creative decisions , leveraging your experience and expertise in design. Managing and mentoring a junior designer
while fostering growth within the team. Collaborating
with a growing team, taking on additional tasks as needed to support projects and clients. Qualifications: 6+ years
of experience in
Design/Art Direction
within an advertising agency setting. Proficiency with
Adobe Creative Suite
and
Figma . Strong UX/UI and product design experience
with a focus on design systems, user flow and user journey A portfolio that showcases
creative projects
withheavy digital experience (email, website, app design, and UX/UI). Experience managing
and mentoring at least one junior designer. A
diverse, creative vision
