The User Experience (UX) Architect is responsible for developing the structure and flow of a digital solution. They conduct research, interviews, and surveys, and then translate that information into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes. The goal is to create a seamless and enjoyable journey for the users. They work in collaboration with other team members, such as developers, designers, product owners. Customer Experience business members and third party vendors to deliver complex project and support ongoing operations. The responsibility of the user experience architect can include everyone from developing new user interfaces to improving the usability of existing ones.
Responsibilities
:Delivers User flows, Sitemaps, and Wireframes that define and clarify the overall product experienceCollaborates with CX and Product to understand how the user will need to interact with a product, then develop the structure and flow to make that possible.Creates User Flows describing the user's screen-by-screen path within a product/journeyWorks UX Researchers and Product Owners to adapt and modify User Flows based on feedbackCollaborate with other business units to understand process maps and requirements for product and user experienceGathers requirements from clients, customers, or end-users to develop the best user experienceInfluences team to better Identify an new featuresContributes to best practices and standards put in place by the client and the industry.Understands dependency between teamsCollaborates with the project teams to develop solutionsPlanning and Organizing
Required
Skills :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a technology related field or High School Diploma or GED and 10 years Progressive Relevant experienceISTQB: Certified Tester Test Automation Engineer (CT-TAE) preferred5 years of overall technology experience4 years of web, API and/or mobile experience3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance work with web-based applicationsFinancial Banking backgroundSGA is a technology and resource solutions provider driven to stand out.
